We are seeking a Content Strategist to join our team in VICTORIA, British Columbia, Canada.

The Digital Experience and Communication Services unit is part of the Member and Service branch that focusses on providing an integrated, consistent and personalized service experience for BC public sector pension plan members through various channels with a digital-first approach. The unit is comprised of three teams: Digital and Web Services, Creative Services, and Service Experience. The Digital and Web Services team is responsible for managing and maintenance of the five BC Public Sector Pension Plan member and employer websites, as well as My Account and the Employer secure portals. This team ensures that the user interfaces, design, and content requirements are technically feasible and adhere to current standards. The Service Experience team uses UX research, data and UX practices to enhance the overall user experience, including content, information architecture and design for our online platforms and services. The Communication Services team creates and manages print and digital publications, infographics, and animated videos to make plan information easily accessible to members and employers. All teams collaborate with various areas across the organization to support plan board and business-led programs and project initiatives.
