Description:
- Content Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with overall marketing and business goals, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand voice across all platforms.
- Content Creation: Create high-quality, engaging content that is on-brand and aligned with CloudMD’s style, tone, and voice for diverse channels, including blog posts, articles, client spotlights, client/member newsletter content, standard sales pitch deck, one pagers to support sales, whitepapers, infographics, videos, etc.
- Media Monitoring: Monitor for relevant industry news/trends to identify content development opportunities and maintain domain expertise.
- SEO Optimization: Identify opportunities & implement SEO best practices to improve the discoverability of content on CloudMD’s corporate website. Monitor and analyze content performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize reach and impact.
- Social Media Management: Drive content distribution across social media channels, creating shareable content and engaging with the audience. Develop and implement social media strategies to grow our online presence, foster community engagement, and achieve business objectives. As a primarily B2B organization, LinkedIn is our most important social channel and where the majority of effort will be required in this role.
- Campaign Management: Support the Head of Marketing to work with external agencies to plan and execute small integrated marketing campaigns, utilizing content to drive targeted audience engagement. Measure and report on the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with product, business development, sales, product, investor relations, and account management teams to ensure cohesive and effective content strategies that align with overall business objectives with a focus on thought leadership.
- Brand Advocacy: Foster brand advocacy by cultivating relationships with industry influencers and thought leaders. Identify and leverage opportunities for guest posting, partnerships, and collaborations.
What you will need to be successful:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5 years experience as a Content Marketing Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of content marketing principles, SEO, and social media trends in particular LinkedIn.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to create content for various formats and audiences.
- Proficiency in content management systems, analytics tools, and social media platforms.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- You thrive in an environment where we are evolving our marketing strategy based on learnings from initiatives. You are self-motivated and take pride in delivering great work and identifying opportunities to improve results.
- Superior time management skills with strong ability to prioritize to deliver results.
- Experience with HubSpot or SalesForce, WordPress
