• Develop and maintain a content calendar
• Work with the BCause staff to highlight products, services and, by extension, the BCause brand at large
• Build and maintain relationships with our amazing local vendors and collaborate with them to highlight their awesome products and stories
• Use your knowledge of social media advertising to develop successful and creative ad campaigns
• Work with BCause Staff to identify, create and execute unique marketing campaigns
• Be as creative as humanly possible!

MUST HAVE SKILLS

• Must be fluent in all social media platforms including, but not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
• Must be comfortable being on camera and being one of the faces of our social media channels
• Be fluent in writing, designing, shooting, editing, and posting all content
• Must be highly organized and detail oriented
• Must be able to work fast to capitalize on the fast-pace of social media trends
• Must have great writing skills and be able to write both engaging and relevant short and long form copy to be used as social media captions and blog posts
• Must be a self-starter, energetic and outgoing
• Strong listening and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be able to manage/flex your time well - not all content opportunities are Monday-Friday
