Description:

I’m currently hiring for a Procurement Contact Centre Analyst role with one of the leading banks in Canada on a 12-month contract with potential for extension and full-time opportunities!

📍 Location: Hybrid - Toronto, ON (2 days in office)

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Procurement operations, supplier enablement, purchasing, and stakeholder support
✔️ Handling service requests, transactions, and inquiries
✔️ Data analysis, reporting, and operational support

🔹 Requirements:
✅ 1-2 years of customer service experience
✅ Procurement experience required
✅ Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
✅ Excellent verbal & written communication skills
✅ Previous banking experience (nice to have)
