As a key player in our consumer retail business, you will be responsible for providing essential support to our sales team, ensuring seamless operations and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Sales Administration: Assist the sales team with order processing, pricing, and contract management. Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and databases. Prepare sales reports and analyze key performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Customer Support: Serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, and providing product information. Resolve customer issues and escalate complex matters to the appropriate teams. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.
Inventory Management: Collaborate with the inventory and logistics team to track product availability and shipments. Coordinate with warehouses and suppliers to fulfill customer orders in a timely manner. Monitor inventory levels to avoid stockouts and optimize stock rotation.
Sales Coordination: Coordinate sales meetings, conference calls, and events. Provide logistical support for trade shows and promotional activities. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute successful sales campaigns.
Market Research: Stay informed about consumer retail industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Analyze data and present insights to support strategic decision-making.
Education and Experience Required:
Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, or related roles within the consumer retail industry. Experience in the gaming industry would be an asset.
Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact professionally with customers, sales representatives, and internal teams.
Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize deadlines effectively.
Analytical Mindset: Proficient in data analysis and using relevant tools to draw meaningful insights. Comfortable with Excel and other analytical software.
Customer-Focused: A customer-centric mindset with a dedication to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Team Player: Collaborative and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and take initiative in problem-solving.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Office Suite and experience with CRM software is a plus.
