As an integral part of the Digital Innovation team, reporting to the Sr. Manager, Digital Innovation will be accountable for supporting the development of strategic Digital solutions to user pain-points, through coordinating with cross functional teams, working with Digital Strategy and Digital Product teams. You're passionate about the intersection of business, design and technology and strive to explore how financial services can become a leading digital experiences for our clients.

How You’ll Succeed
Lead Sprint Zero Initiatives - You will partner with cross functional teams including designers, analysts, technology consultants and stakeholders across various LOB's and navigating through ambiguous problems in a sprint format to execute on deliverables and present recommendations to executive leadership.
Lead digital pilot projects - You will play a key role in supporting its operations by helping track requirements and KPI’s, presenting the outcomes to the business, and following up to ensure a smooth transition to delivery.
Stakeholder Management - You will build strong strategic relationships with the ability to negotiate and influence business partners to ensure alignment of initiatives You are a great listener with excellent communication skills and can communicate clearly and concisely to partners in all levels of the organization. Leverage digital product knowledge and critical thinking to organize and facilitate workshops with stakeholders from various levels within the organization.
Problem Solving - You will develop creative solutions and new ways of thinking about issues and opportunities, utilizing data analysis techniques and voice of client/user information.
Internal Consulting - Leveraging your subject matter expertise, you will facilitate workshops to gather stakeholder insights and create actionable recommendations that drive innovation. Your skills in navigating complex challenges will be key in presenting findings and influencing executive decision-making.
Process Improvement - You will leverage your experience, utilize data analysis techniques and research best practices to enhance processes and drive continuous improvement.
Who You Are
You can demonstrate 2 - 3 years of work experience in Digital Banking. It's an asset to have work experience coordinating with cross functional working teams.
You can demonstrate excellent skills and work experience with using the Microsoft Office.
