As a member of the Hardware/Software Vendor Governance team, you'll be responsible for vendor governance across multiple LOBs in the Technology Operations organization. As a Consultant, Business Systems Analysis, you'll be responsible for vendor governance and third-party risk of key Hardware & Software vendors, upload and influence relationships with internal stakeholders and vendors and assist in decision making using data and analytics.

- Develops trusted adviser relationships and provide valued consulting advice to facilitate the effective management and completion of procurement initiatives.
- Align procurement solutions with their business objectives. This role works with Supplier Risk Stakeholders, Relationship Managers and Business Leads to ensure CIBC’s supplier management framework is implemented.
- Vendor Governance - Work with our vendors to manage contractual obligations and participate in vendor meetings on a regular basis.
- Ensure the appropriate governance is followed and adhered to for all contracts.
- Keep abreast of the industry knowledge, innovations and advancements in business practices and technologies.
- Comply with CIBC’s Procurement and Supplier Governance policies and process.

- You can demonstrate 2+ years of experience in procurement and/or supplier governance processes, practices, tools and templates.
