Your Impact:
In this role, you'll be at the forefront of delivering critical infrastructure projects, ensuring they’re completed safely, on time, and within budget. You’ll foster a collaborative environment, drive innovation on-site, and develop tailored solutions that meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage project strategies, critical milestones, and comprehensive plans to ensure successful delivery.
Proactively identify and mitigate project risks using industry best practices.
Champion a safety-first culture across all projects.
Manage client and stakeholder relationships, offering additional services and value where possible.
Oversee financial performance, focusing on cost control, labour efficiency, and profitability.
Direct contract, claim, and commercial management, handling risks effectively.
Manage and mentor teams, including subcontractors and self-performing crews, to maximize project success.
Drive innovation on-site, leveraging technology to establish Freyssinet as a go-to solution provider.
What You Bring:
A degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
At least 6 years of experience in Project Management within the civil or construction industry.
A strong background in structural remedial work, concrete or steel repair projects, including blast & painting, defence sector projects, commercial façade upgrades, marine projects, and repairs of above-ground structures.
A proven track record of managing high-value projects up to $50M.
Strategic problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex project challenges.
Adaptability to manage a variety of technical projects across different sectors.
Expertise in project planning, subcontractor management, and on-site problem resolution.
A proactive, solution-focused approach with the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams toward successful project outcomes.
Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively across Australia.
