As a successful candidate in this role, you will possess strong interpersonal skills, work well in team settings, and possess strong oral and written communication skills. Minimum qualifications for this position include:

· Appropriate University Degree or College Diploma in a related discipline;

· Entry Level to two years of applicable experience using AutoCAD software;

· Experience reading and interpreting architectural, mechanical and survey drawings and site plans;

· Ability to work with deadlines in a fast-paced work environment both independently and as part of a team;

· Highly effective oral communication skills;

· Proficient with Microsoft Office software;

· Strong organization skills and attention to detail; and

· Resourceful and enthusiastic with a commitment to professional excellence
