Description:
As the ideal candidate, you possess four years’ experience in a government environment or an acceptable equivalent. You have the ability to communicate effectively and use sound judgement when dealing with the public, licensees and other government departments. We require you to be proficient in file management, data input, word processing and PC computer use. You can work independently and organise your schedule and possess excellent interpersonal skills for dealing with the public, while working in a team environment.
Due to the many and varied duties of this position, we consider your knowledge of the divisional Acts and Regulations and government policies and procedures.
While not required, it is considered an asset if you have knowledge and experience with the Amanda Case management system.
We will assess the above qualifications and competencies using one or more of the following tools: written examination, standardized tests, oral presentations, interview(s), and reference checks.
