Communications And Knowledge Management Specialist

 

Description:

  • 3+ years of experience in an administration, knowledge management, communications or sales enablement environment.
  • Certificate, diploma, or bachelor's degree or in business administration, knowledge management, communications, or a related discipline is considered an asset.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office and Microsoft Teams. Working knowledge and experience with SharePoint is an asset.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with an ability to grasp business objectives and translate into actionable technical and functional requirements
  • Excellent attention to detail and proven knowledge management and project management skills.
  • A quick study with proprietary software and processes, with the willingness to learn and prepare various content on several different platforms.
  • Resourceful, self-starter with a can-do attitude and a strong work ethic, sound judgement and a collaborative, team-oriented style.
  • Results-oriented with track record of achieving goals; strong implementation capability.
