A Day in the Life:
- Sales competency (driving the sales playbook)
- Direction for target customers, demographics
- Skill development and coaching
- Performance management including pipeline velocity management, sales activity reporting and best practices
- CRM and customer interaction tools
- Quarterly field visits for client visits, cold calling etc.
- Involvement in our National Sales
What You Bring to the Table:
- 5-10 years of proven experience in business-to-business sales
- Proven record of building long-term mutually beneficial relationships with business customers
- Proven track record of achievement demonstrated by meeting aggressive sales targets through direct and indirect influence and collaboration
- Demonstrable record of managing results through others, inspiring team and individual success
- A passion for personal and professional growth
- Respectful and outstanding leadership skills that motivate staff to exceed expectations
- Ability to ensure accountability to results that maximizes contribution to the business
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present our vision to Franchise Partners - both orally and in writing
- Strong analytical, planning, forecasting and budgeting skills
- A self-starter who can manage multiple, complex priorities simultaneously within demanding timelines
- Experience with a franchise organization or channel sales is preferred
- Experience in using Salesforce or a similar CRM system is an asset
- Ability to travel (50% of the time) and attend meetings with Franchise Partners and corporate gatherings 1-2 times per quarter
