A well-established commercial property management company in Richmond, British Columbia, is seeking a Commercial Property Manager to oversee the operations, maintenance, and tenant relations for its commercial properties. With over 60 years of experience, this family-owned business has built a reputation for exceptional service and tenant satisfaction.

The Property Manager will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the value of commercial properties, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and collaborating with senior management on growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Property Management & Maintenance:

• Manage the daily operations of commercial properties, ensuring high standards of maintenance.
• Coordinate building maintenance, including repairs, inspections, and troubleshooting emergencies.
• Oversee service provider contracts, ensuring quality service and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure common areas are maintained professionally to a high standard.

Tenant & Stakeholder Relations:

• Foster and maintain strong relationships with tenants, stakeholders, and contractors.
• Address tenant concerns and ensure a positive leasing experience.
• Handle tenant invoicing and payment collections efficiently.

Strategic Growth & Collaboration:

• Work closely with senior management to develop and implement growth strategies.
• Ensure properties are managed in a way that preserves or enhances their value.

Qualifications & Skills:

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, or Real Estate.
✅ Rental Property Management license (mandatory).
✅ Real Estate license and certifications in property or building maintenance (preferred).
✅ 3+ years of experience in commercial property management.
✅ Strong knowledge of building maintenance and repairs (asset).

Compensation & Benefits:

💰 Salary: 7500 – 9166 CAD per month
