A Day in the Life:

  • Develops, executes, and manages best-in-class, full funnel commercial marketing strategies and programs, in alignment with our broader Local Commercial & National Account growth strategy.
  • Collaborates with paid media teams to develop, test, optimize and scale advertising programs to drive system-wide growth.
  • Partners with database marketing & CRM teams to develop, test, optimize and scale marketing automation programs to drive customer lifetime value.
  • Works in partnership with digital teams to prioritize highest value opportunities to drive B2B online conversion and revenue goals.
  • Creates a compelling B2B content strategy that supports both acquisition and retention goals, including the development of effective sales enablement tools to support business development functions.
  • Partners with creative and content teams (internal and external) to develop best in class creative assets, in alignment with brand integrity.
  • Develops a reporting cadence to effectively measure and monitor marketing performance.
  • Works closely with customer & marketing analytics to leverage customer insights and marketing analysis to drive decision making and inform strategies.
  • Accountable for strong oversight of marketing investments related to B2B strategies and programs.
  • Shares best practices, industry trends, and new innovations within and across our business.


What You Bring to the Table:

  • General marketing experience with a B2B focus
  • Good understanding of broad marketing capabilities (mass media, digital media, social media, CRM, web & eCommerce, content & creative)
  • Experience working with multiple clients or stakeholders
  • Understanding of general marketing tactics and strategies
  • Great attitude and team first approach
  • Experience developing, implementing and managing integrated marketing plans
  • Ability to act with good judgement and discretion
  • Attention to detail and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication, both written and oral
  • Experience with Google Sutie or Microsoft Office
