Description:
Randstad Canada, a recognized leader in the manufacturing industry, is currently seeking a CNC Operator to join its team in Montreal (Dorval). The role is based at a company specializing in the manufacturing of high-precision components for the aerospace sector. You will work in a modern, technology-driven environment equipped with cutting-edge tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical plans provided by clients.
- Program and set up multi-spindle CNC machine tools (Index).
- Load and unload materials into CNC machines.
- Monitor the manufacturing process and make adjustments as necessary to ensure product quality.
- Perform regular quality control checks using precision instruments such as micrometers, height gauges, calipers, and automated profile projectors.
- Change and measure tools, and apply offset corrections when required.
- Conduct regular maintenance and cleaning of CNC machines.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues and equipment malfunctions.
- Maintain an efficient production flow and meet production targets.
- Follow all safety standards and company procedures.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the production process.

Required Qualifications:
- DEP in Machining Techniques or relevant CNC training
- Hands-on experience operating CNC machine tools
- Strong knowledge of measurement instruments (micrometers, calipers, etc.)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
- Strong attention to detail, autonomy, and organizational skills
Work Conditions:
- Rotating shifts
- Work in an aerospace manufacturing environment
