Cloud Operations Analyst

Description:

You provide operational and technical support to the adoption and integration of Cloud technologies within the IT environment by supporting the evaluation and deployment of Cloud services, systems and applications in accordance with established policies and procedures.

You have:

• A completed or in progress Diploma or Degree in a related field
• 3+ years of IT experience
• Intermediate Cloud Certification
• Familiarity with the operation and maintenance of cloud technologies
• Knowledge of IT systems environments including operating systems, networking, applications, platforms, and databases
• Ability to manage competing priorities and to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and good attention to detail and judgement
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
• Perform duties off hours and on an on-call basis as required
