What you will do:

  • Support the appraisal process . You are a champion in excel and have a fond love of numbers. You will rapidly come up to speed on our appraisal process and provide thorough reviews of appraisal metrics, such as values, discount rates, exit capitalization rates, market rents and contract rents.

  • Champion the client. You will build strong working relationships with the clients and the valuation team. Ensuring success by providing packaging of reports, analysis of sale comparables, income and expenses statements and any other support needed to facilitate the quarterly process.

  • Daily support . You take initiatives and are resourceful, operating with a high degree of integrity, honesty, and ethics. You like to be organized and will provide ongoing support to the team, sending emails, reminders, maintaining the appraisal scheduling calendar, keeping the clients documents in order and assisting with quality control ensuring data collected is entered accurately utilizing your advanced skills in excel.
