Description:
By taking on this role, you will be a key contributor to the ongoing success of the Client Solutions Centre (CSC). You will be responsible for providing support to the Transition and Innovation sales teams by delivering quality wealth and protection leads. Additionally, you will work closely with CSC Knowledge, CSC Analytics and other internal business stakeholders to provide ongoing support to CSC sales, business improvement initiatives and to deliver exceptional client and employee experiences in the CSC.
The successful candidate will bring strong database and reporting knowledge to the team, along with strong organization skills and a high attention to detail. You will need solid verbal and written skills and an ability to identify and articulate issues and changes in processes. Lastly, you will need to bring a positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
