Client Services Representative

 

Description:

The Client Services Representative (CSR) acts as a key coordinator for all client instructions. They are responsible for processing business transactions and ensuring compliance requirements are being met in a timely manner. The CSR plays an instrumental role in our team to maintain optimal productivity.

The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, strong business and technical skills, excellent attention to detail, good communication skills and have an ability to take initiative and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure success in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Key coordinator for all client instructions
  • Business processing and compliance/regulatory administration related to several different platforms, including investments, insurance, lending and banking
  • Coordinate practice compliance/regulatory requirements
  • Provide ad hoc support around office as needed

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in the Financial Services industry
  • Post-secondary education in a business discipline, including administration
  • Strong Business/Technical skills – proficiency in PC capabilities including the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Discretion and ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines
  • Completion of the Canadian Investment Funds Course is desired, or must be completed within six months of hire date
