Description:
We are seeking a Client Service Manager (18 month contract) to join our Integrated Solutions team in Ontario.
The Client Service Manager will manage a specified group of clients, independently, as well as in alignment with the overseeing Account Executive where applicable.
The Client Service Manager will:
- Provide regular updates of plan performance (quarterly updates)
- Conduct the analysis
- Prepare the deliverables
- Help client interpret the results
- Prepare and deliver annual renewals
- Conduct the analysis

- Be the first point of contact for ongoing client needs
- Work collaboratively with associates where applicable
- Define service standards with clients and manage account lifecycle according to set service agreement/commitment. Ensure service standards are met and all deliverables are complete and client focussed,
- Communicate regularly and work collaboratively with all other members of the IS team for necessary support in meeting client demands,
- Ensure that plan design strategies are appropriate based on the plan sponsor’s nee
T o be successful as a Client Service Manager with People Corporation, you will need :
- Solid industry knowledge: good balance of underwriting, carrier rules, usual client needs, customer service, various funding arrangements, usual plan design options available in the marketplace + ability to use all of these skills to effectively manage each client’s benefits program and be able to identify plausible solutions to specific needs
- Ability to identify problems before the occur / identify risks and bring solutions to offset them
- Able to speak to groups during employee info sessions
- License would be needed eventually
