Client Representative Help Desk Escalation

 

Description:

Support the Talent Acquisition Team:

  • Provide support with the recruitment process, systems applications at a user level
  • Provide support with requisition assignment when required
  • Support issues and root cause of incidents and problems are understood, and ensure appropriate actions are taken to resolve and prevent recurrence
  • Manage System access for new recruiter and coordinate and administer training plans to new recruiters
  • Treat requests from internal and external recruitment inboxes:
    • Escalation, accommodation & HR requests and applications issues.
  • Create / modify methods and procedures documentation for various programs and tools
  • Provide support for the tracking of background check requests
  • Manage the Quality Adherence Program

Communication and Social Media:

  • Write, translate & distribute communications to the Talent Acquisition Team
  • Write, publish and select assets on organic posts on Bell's corporate account

Projects Co-ordination:

  • Review enhancements and projects after implementation for compliance to specifications
  • Ensure that various steps to implement a project/process are respected
  • Co-ordinate testing of task specifications and projects within the user area
  • Facilitate identification of process improvements or system enhancements often requiring the co-ordination of multiple functional areas
  • Facilitate the implementation and delivery of system tools, services and applications
  • Maintain leading-edge business and technical knowledge through a personal development plan, remain current in industry best practices related to process mapping and project management
