Description:

  • Develop and implement a client strategy to inform the business on key clients by category and priorities and drive the plan with stakeholders internally.
  • Meet with a cross-section of clients regularly to understand their needs and plans, pitch proposed marketing plans / solutions to clients based on their feedback.
  • Develop and maintain an approach to define and evaluate clients by marketing fund, while understanding, tracking, and managing the fund and regularly providing insights and recommendations to teams as needed based on evaluation.
  • Assist the Marketing team with identifying clients for integration into local and national experiences, both physical and digital.
  • Partner with the Senior Manager, Regional Marketing to create marketing support materials as required at property level.
  • Oversee delivery of client content for local and national initiatives including issue management, quality control and meeting deadlines for production of assets required for Marcom and Experience teams.
  • Represent Marketing with the Leasing team with Client Marketing menu options for lease negotiations as requested.
  • Create turnkey client menu materials to drive consistency of efforts nationally and locally.
  • Attend monthly property client tracking calls to gain understanding of leasing landscape and proactively plan for client arrivals and departures with the Regional Marketing team.
  • Work with teams as needed for pilot projects that require client integration using strategy work to inform.
  • Attend national client calls where various properties are represented to understand support level required to build out plans with consistency across all CF assets.
  • Collect data to prepare and ensure there is a client strategy that contributes to the annual marketing plan.
  • Represent CF with the Client’s Marketing Teams and maintain courteous, professional, and efficient service to all clients by responding to requests for information and redirecting inquiries beyond own scope of expertise to maintain excellent levels of client service.
  • Partner with the Director, Regional Marketing and Accounting to track and manage the annual marketing budget to ensure financial resources are utilized in the most fiscally responsible manner.
  • Assist Marcomm and the Social Communications team to generate content ideas that support the local social media strategy and overall business initiatives for client specific content.
  • Conduct regular checks of clients at competitive shopping centres, including and not limited to the physical space, retail mix, client integration into physical activations, social media, and digital presence.
  • Support the Brand, Ravel and Innovation teams with the setup, scoping, communication, execution and launch of any new products and initiatives that may require client strategies and inclusion.
