Job Description
Client Engagement Representative- Will be the branch ambassador and lobby leadership. Greet clients, and engage in conversation. Attempt to assist clients in alternative banking methods such as online, mobile or ATM. Deepen client relationship and be able to delegate clients to the appropriate channel.
