I am urgently seeking Locum Children’s Social Workers to join high-priority teams across the county, working in Family Safeguarding and Assessment Team. These positions offer the chance to make an immediate difference in the lives of children and families, with competitive pay rates of up to £42 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:
Assess and manage cases involving children and families in need of safeguarding
Develop and implement care plans to support children and their families
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive service delivery
Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records in accordance with legal and organizational standards

Qualifications and Experience:
Qualified Social Worker with current registration
Proven experience in children’s social work, particularly in safeguarding and assessment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage a caseload
