The CFO serves as the chief financial officer of Continental Climate Construction Inc and is responsible for the success of the Corporation. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the CFO is responsible for creating and implementing a clear sense of direction for the Corporation and its related businesses by defining, communicating, and overseeing the Corporation’s mission, goals, operating principles, and strategic actions.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This position is the most senior management position in the Corporation, with responsibility for:
The CFO holds a successful portfolio building and managing public trading corporations directly related to the manufacturing, engineering, construction and emergency disaster management and planning industry for a minimum of 15 years, working with Investor Relations (IR) Stakeholders, including networking and building partner relations with 500 Fortune Companies. Managing $100M-$500M annual portfolio's
Have command as CFO and also thrive on being a strategy partner and cross-functional operational leader with the CEO and exec team.
Simplify what is complex and communicate with clarity that establishes alignment
Be a visible company leader, driving the planning and execution of our growth and mission, vision and goals
Implement a roadmap to mature finance and administrative functions, including FP&A, Accounting, Data & Systems and investor relations with support from CCC,s team.
Proactively see around the corner to maximize investor and Board support, including future private and/or public fundraising efforts.
Identify and lead the business through long range margin expansion initiatives
Act in partnership with our Chief People and Chief Legal team to run a high-ROI back operation.
The overall management of the business including its overall strategic direction, preparation of agendas and background information for Board meetings and its various Committee meetings.
The CFO holds a significant extensive proven experience and leadership skills working with FEMA for Manufacturing Building- Assembly Construction Testing, Inspections, Approvals and Certifications
The CFO as a clear strong understanding of the Emergency Home and Refugee Crisis in Newfoundland, Canada and around the world
The CFO as a clear understand of the new CETA Trade Deal Agreement between Canada and Europe for business development, marketing, emergency preparedness, sales and supply
Keeps the Board fully informed of the conditions of the Corporation and on all crucial factors influencing it.
The development of annual works plans and related capital and operating budgets, development of operational policies and procedures.
The day-to-day operations management, human resources recruitment, budget and financial oversight and monitoring.
Conducts market analysis and opportunity identification in relation to the mission of the Corporation.
Overall management of staff and management of the Corporation.
Overall planning, design and implementation of projects and programs within the mandate for the Corporation.
Communications and marketing for the purpose of business development; and
Must actively participate in the compliance of the Corporation’s corporate governance policies and procedures.
Governance, Strategy, Development, Planning and Reporting
Structuring CCC to a publicly trading corporation, while working with our partners
Formulates and updates the annual business plan and strategies, policies and procedures for the Corporation and brings these to the Board for input, consideration, decision, and ratification.
Ensures strategic and annual planning processes and procedures are undertaken and effective budget and plans are prepared for Board approval.
Seeks out and develops business opportunities and presents such opportunities to the Board for consideration and decision.
Oversees fiscal activities, ensuring that all financial and non-financial reporting requirements are met on a timely and accurate basis, and
Ensures that reports to the Board are always transparent and provided on a timely basis.
Ensures adherence to the legal guidelines and in -house policies to maintain legality and business ethics.
