How you’ll contribute

• Take responsibility for the delivery of sessions, workshops, work products, or deliverables relative to the areas impacted (IT Operations, Service Management, etc).
• Verify that the Customer change manager is equipped with the knowledge and tools needed to effectively manage the change (roles, responsibilities, process changes)
• Uncover the best possible outcomes by understanding how to combine strategic findings, stakeholder engagement, project issues, and risks and opportunities
• Engage an array of partners through communication and executive-level presence to translate change initiatives into easily consumable business messages is key
• Drive the development of change deliverables, including stakeholder, leader, readiness, and organizational assessments; process re-engineering; communication plans; etc.
• Support and lead internal, external, and third-party teams in collaboration with program and project managers to actively resolve roadblocks and provide mentorship on issues
• Drive measurable increases in Azure Migration readiness and organizational change

Your skills and approach:

• 5+ years of IT ACSM experience; at least 2 years within the consulting industry
• Good understanding (and work experience) with IT Operations and IT Service Management
• Experience with cloud migration, ideally to Microsoft Azure
• Deep knowledge of specific ACSM (Adoption and Change & Service Management) domains. Prosci certification highly preferred but not required
• Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM for cloud operations. ITSM and ITIL certification, LEAN certification, OR Six Sigma certification is preferred
• Excellent communication skills - written, presentation and white board Executive presence
