We are a high-performance team focused on understanding all of Grant Thornton’s business process for all service lines and functional areas. We are experts in designing new processes and champion change to enable our colleagues in their transition from the current to the future state.

As a Change Consultant, Business Transformation your responsibilities will include:

• A change management and communications expert who will work with stakeholders to build a comprehensive change communications plan in alignment with the National communications strategy which will enable the successful adoption of our internal transformation program across the country
• Determines appropriate communication and engagement channels for impacted employee groups, organizing appropriate information, creating content, and partnering across the project to drive and track adoption across the business
• Develop communication plans including the change “story” and the “why” behind the change
• Develop and implement activities to align leaders, engage stakeholders, mitigate impacts and resistance, and assess change readiness
• Create and lead a change network to increase awareness, enable feedback and champion change initiatives
• Work closely with People and Culture to ensure alignment of change, training and communications strategies and plans
