Description:
We are looking for an experienced CASS (Client Assets Sourcebook) Oversight and/or Investment Platform Specialist, who is keen to secure a new challenge and further develop their CASS knowledge in an ever-changing, fast paced environment. The successful individual will also need to be self-motivated and confident working across multiple workstreams as they will be tasked with accurately assessing CASS impact at the pace, often on standalone basis!
A bit about the job:
You will be required to support Aviva’s vision to grow our Platforms, whilst ensuring successful CASS compliant change delivery. Working as part of the Aviva’s Platform CASS Team, you will work closely with all areas of our Retail & Corporate Platform businesses, ensuring that change activities are assessed & delivered, whilst maintaining compliance with the FCA’s CASS rulebook. Working with key stakeholders, you will also collaborate effectively to assist in delivering CASS compliant change that aligns with, & builds on, our strategic aims.
Aviva introduced “smart-working” in 2020 and encourage flexible working; however, the successful post-holder will need to be based a commutable distance from one of our regional offices in York, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Leatherhead or Norwich
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
You must have demonstrable experience of the application of CASS oversight in your current or recent role(s)
Understanding of CASS impact from changes to the many facets of an Investment Platform
Strong understanding of Investment Platform products, propositions & technologies
Good knowledge of an operational control environment, specifically in relation to client money & custody asset rules apply
Excellent ability in cultivating & developing stakeholder relationships, both internal & external at all levels, as well as the ability to work well autonomously, using your own initiative
