Description:

This is a full-time or part-time on-site role for a Car Sales Associate, located in Guelph, ON. The Car Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs, providing detailed information about the vehicles, negotiating prices, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and building trust to increase customer retention.

Qualifications

• OMVIC certification required (or willingness to get certified)
• Skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
• No Experience required
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented sales environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in sales or automotive fields is beneficial
