EMPLOYEE RESPONSIBILIES

  • Greet and welcome ALL customers that come into our stores
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by being friendly & knowledgeable about our products
  • Educate customers on cannabis and other cannabis products
  • Have a team-first & growth mindset that's focused on learning and education
  • Be compliant with all AGLC regulations at all times
  • Assist with opening/closing of store and other tasks as assigned
  • Conduct proper cash handling procedures such as using floats and being able to take cash in and out of the register
  • Contribute to a clean work environment (cleaning displays, sweeping and mopping cleans, and other cleaning tasks)
  • Have the ability to manage a point of sale (POS) system
  • Champion and embodies company values, internally, and externally
  • Contribute towards a safe and healthy work environment
