EMPLOYEE RESPONSIBILIES
- Greet and welcome ALL customers that come into our stores
- Deliver exceptional customer service by being friendly & knowledgeable about our products
- Educate customers on cannabis and other cannabis products
- Have a team-first & growth mindset that's focused on learning and education
- Be compliant with all AGLC regulations at all times
- Assist with opening/closing of store and other tasks as assigned
- Conduct proper cash handling procedures such as using floats and being able to take cash in and out of the register
- Contribute to a clean work environment (cleaning displays, sweeping and mopping cleans, and other cleaning tasks)
- Have the ability to manage a point of sale (POS) system
- Champion and embodies company values, internally, and externally
