Design and successfully implement a campaign strategy that includes high-impact demand generation programs that generate qualified pipeline for PagerDuty’s Social Impact Sales program.
Partner closely with the Social Impact and Product Marketing teams to gather feedback and gain a deep understanding and expertise of the target audience of nonprofits, social enterprises and higher education to craft and deliver compelling campaign messaging and offers.
Act as the primary marketing expert for Social Impact programs that enable success through the Sales team for this critical and largely untapped market
Develop and deliver multi-channel, multi-touch programs, including digital, social, email, webinars, trade shows and events to generate demand. Own the campaign activation plan, working closely with Performance, Regional and Corporate Marketing teams to ensure timely and effective execution.
Continuously measure and analyze campaign performance and ROI, presenting results to senior leaders across the company. Identify critical areas of improvement across the funnel and act on your data-informed recommendations in an agile and thoughtful manner.
