Campaign Lead

 

Description:

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital Agile Sales, you will be coordinating a cross-functional team to execute CIBC and Simplii mass and targeted marketing campaigns, focusing on the end-to-end Digital client experience. As a savvy digital marketer, you will lead group discovery sessions turning ideas into best in class personalized digital experiences supporting our paid, social and owned channels. Leveraging the cross-functional team, you will rely on data to develop the optimal client experience, including mapping out the client journey, planning and executing tests and optimizing experiences based on data-driven insights. Areas of focus:

  • Acquisition Sales – new product open, existing product stimulation, cross channel sales lead referrals
  • Product Engagement – changes to an existing product (ex. credit card limit increase)
  • Sales Leads – digital referral to agent assisted channel
  • Digital engagement – adoption and use of Digital channels

You will manage stakeholder expectations and act as the key point of contact between lines of business, product owners, marketing communication, data partners and development teams to ensure successful campaign execution. You will track campaign performance using data from media and onsite platforms to identify opportunities to increase sales and document best practices.

How You’ll Succeed

  • Plan and Execute Digital Marketing Campaigns: You will develop and execute a digital campaign strategy utilizing learnings from past campaign performance, Digital Marketing best practices and data-driven insights. You will drive the best client experience using tools such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Audience Manager and Adobe Target, while meeting business and sales targets.
  • Measure, Analyze and Optimize Campaigns: You will analyze reports and dashboards, leveraging Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics and Tableau to provide timely recommendations to improve overall digital performance for assigned initiatives based on pre-defined digital marketing KPIs, including in-market optimization. You will create in-depth post campaign analysis report and present to key partners on performance and recommendations for future campaign.
  • Lead a Cross Functional Team: You will work closely with a cross functional team to plan, design, build and optimize marketing campaigns through to launch, with great attention to detail and transparency.
  • Build Relationships: You will work closely and collaboratively with Marketing Communications, Business Partners, Data, Paid Media, Audience and Optimization, and Digital Sales & Strategy teams to lead the planning and execution of Digital Marketing campaigns.
