Description:
As an Amazon Connect skilled resource , the focus of this role will be to Support the Sun Life migration and solution delivery to our extensive Contact Centre Business Services as they transition from On Premise Infrastructure and Application over to Amazon AWS Connect and the corresponding Services that entails. The successful applicant will be responsible for creating and updating required run books and operational procedure guides to ensure effective support of the environment as we overlay new Lines of Business and new AWS Services to the Integration.
The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. It may vary depending on the work location of the successful candidate or other factors. In addition to Base Pay, eligible Sun Life employees participate in various incentive plans, payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance. Certain sales focused roles have sales incentive plans based on individual or group sales results.
