That means going beyond the transaction, and truly getting to know the unique story of the person on the other end of the phone. You are a problem-solver, hungry to find innovative solutions for your customers’ challenges, because you have the great responsibility of creating happiness for Albertans each and every day.
Banking is serious stuff, and engaging with customers over the phone isn’t for everyone, but we’re not worried. You have previous banking and call centre experience under your belt or you’re excited to transfer your skills and feel confident that this role is a fit for you, given its unique challenges.
