Banking is serious stuff, and engaging with customers over the phone isn’t for everyone, but we’re not worried. You have previous banking and call centre experience under your belt or you’re excited to transfer your skills and feel confident that this role is a fit for you, given its unique challenges.

Requirements

Specific Accountabilities:

  • Post-secondary education in finance or a business related field an asset
  • 3-5 years experience providing exceptional customer service in a professional work environment with a proven track record of success
  • Clear, concise, courteous and comprehensible communication skills
  • Digital Literacy; fluent in various communication devices and program applications in a digital and mobile environment
  • Proficient in the use of technological tools, software and platforms

Special Considerations:

  • Fully flexible availability to be scheduled for rotational shifts between the hours of 7:00am – 11:00pm, 7 days a week, including holidays, special scheduling accommodations not available
  • This position is fully remote but requires team members to be in Alberta. Candidates must be able to pass a reference, criminal and credit bureau check
