Description:
- Scheduling appointments for maintenance technicians, sales and service
- Scheduling technician’s to service appointments and updating system accordingly
- Handle inbound calls for customer service, sales and accounts receivable and provide information on products and services.
- Complete customer follow up to ensure that they were provided with the red carpet treatment!
Education/Experience/Skills
- Post-secondary education (asset).
- 2 years of work experience in a fast-paced call centre/office setting (asset)
- Experience with telecommunication devices.
- Strong interpersonal, customer relations and problem-solving skills and the proven ability to effectively organize tasks and manage time.
- PC literacy
