Description:

  • Scheduling appointments for maintenance technicians, sales and service
  • Scheduling technician’s to service appointments and updating system accordingly
  • Handle inbound calls for customer service, sales and accounts receivable and provide information on products and services.
  • Complete customer follow up to ensure that they were provided with the red carpet treatment!

Education/Experience/Skills

  • Post-secondary education (asset).
  • 2 years of work experience in a fast-paced call centre/office setting (asset)
  • Experience with telecommunication devices.
  • Strong interpersonal, customer relations and problem-solving skills and the proven ability to effectively organize tasks and manage time.
  • PC literacy
