Responsibilities

• 
  Leading and managing multiple project teams
• Training new hires
• Creating and managing team project assignment
• Evaluating performance and providing feedback.
• Identifying and applying career advancement opportunities.
• Helping to resolve employee issues.
• Providing innovative approaches to create new solutions that contribute to the achievement of the organization’s targets and delivery of business outcomes
• Establishing and maintaining a high level of project governance
• Building and communicating roadmaps, project plans, UI/UX, RAID logs to all stakeholders including Business and Technology Leadership
• Influencing, negotiating, and securing buy-in and understanding within the organization
• Effectively and simply communicating complex concepts to business audiences
• Creating internal and external partnerships to enable business success
• Ensuring that your teams and project adhere to established Honda practices and standards to achieve high quality outputs
• Project team resource management base on the project plan
• Having your teams collaborate effectively with our internal IT technical partners, other Honda companies and vendors
• Researching and understanding industry trends and their applicability to Honda
