Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled C++ Developer with strong experience in Capital Markets, specifically within Equity Derivatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with trading desks, risk management, and technology teams to develop, enhance, and maintain high-performance trading applications.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain C++ applications for equity derivatives trading systems.
Collaborate with traders, quants, and risk managers to understand requirements and implement solutions.
Optimize existing code for performance and scalability in high-frequency trading environments.
Integrate with real-time data feeds, pricing engines, and risk management tools.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production systems with minimal downtime.
Work in an Agile environment, contributing to code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:
Strong proficiency in C++ (11/14/17) with a focus on performance optimization.
Solid understanding of equity derivatives, capital markets, and trading workflows.
Experience with multi-threaded programming and low-latency systems.
Knowledge of market data protocols (FIX, market feeds) is a plus.
Familiarity with scripting languages like Python for automation is advantageous.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
