The opportunity
- Effectively support the sales leadership in delivering in-market Sales Discoveries to identify gaps, emerging trends, proven best practices, and opportunities
- Integrates and aligns Affinity Distribution direction with markets we support to facilitate the delivery of a differentiated client experience
- Successfully supports Supervisors and Directors as they execute change, supporting employees through proactive communication, issue resolution and effective decision-making.
- Works collaboratively with the PS Sales Centre Strategy Team help with the effective introduction of new product, tools, strategy, training to Supervisors and LIAs
- Lead Sales discoveries to maximize sales capabilities/results and the client experience.

- Responsible to achieve sales and business performance for Sales
- Maintains routines aligned to support Supervisors and Directors and PS Sales Centre opportunity
- Consistently analyze business performance looking for opportunities and gaps with presentation of specific recommendations and support to implement business performance solutions
- Provide advice & counsel to the Leadership team regarding the deployment of resources to maximize performance and financial opportunities
- Identify and promote proven best practices/activities through Sales discoveries or other means to avoid channel/region duplication of effort customization
- Acts as Sales and Distribution Compliance Champion for sales channel feedback and secondary support
