Description:

The Business Development Representative Team is responsible for developing prospects through outbound activity and developing prospects into qualified sales opportunities for Account Executives. In order to achieve this, the BDR team establishes personal contact with prospective customers via email and social media. Business Development Representatives are the first point of contact between prospective customers and Allyant, and it is their responsibility to introduce our products and understand the prospect’s current business requirements. BDR’s are responsible for, setting meetings, and being the face of the business for potential customers.

For aspiring candidates, the Business Development role is a pathway to grow within the company; you will have the opportunity to not only learn about Allyant and the accessibility industry, but also its various services and other teams and departments.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for meeting and exceeding both individual and team goals and metrics through outbound prospecting efforts
  • Learn and understand how to use different prospecting databases and tools in order to then proactively identify key contacts and target accounts
  • Qualify opportunities in order to ensure they will convert into forecasted sales pipeline
  • Actively engage in training programs to gain expertise in Allyant’s product offering and competitive landscape
  • Develop skills necessary for successful lead generation and demo completion.
