Business Development Representative

 

Description:

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible to develop new business through actively prospecting and meeting with prospective clients to discuss the landscape of their current Group Benefits/Group Retirement program.

Responsibilities (but not limited to):

New business development:

  • Actively prospect and deliver new clients to PACE Consulting Benefits & Pensions Ltd.
  • Liaise with prospective clients and insurance carriers through the entire sales process
  • In conjunction with the Sales Manager and Client Manager, lead all aspects of the sales process through the successful implementation of a new client

What we need from you:

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record
  • Strong phone presence and comfortable making cold calls daily
  • Strong “Hunter” approach to sales with the ability to create, grow and manage your block of business.
  • Strong communication skills, professional demeanour, and presentation
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • A valid driver's license and vehicle
