Description:
Sun Life is seeking a Business Development Partner to onboard, coach, and support 8-15 developing Advisors over a 36-48 month period, focusing on insurance, wealth management, and holistic business growth. The role involves sourcing, training, mentoring, and developing financial advisors to help them succeed in their sales and client service strategies.

β 5+ years of experience in financial services, sales, or business development.
β Strong insurance and wealth product knowledge.
β Proven sales management and coaching skills.
β Deep understanding of regulatory compliance in financial services.
β Life Insurance Agentβs License (valid in province of operation).
β Must be willing to complete the Branch Managerβs Course Examination.
β Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).

Experience as a Financial Advisor with a track record of developing successful advisors.

Prior leadership experience in sales or financial services.
β
Professional designation in financial services (e.g., CFP, CLU, CHFC).
