Working in collaboration with our delivery, strategy and content teams, you will drive and execute the business development strategy, ensuring new clients are working in concert with us towards a common goal of growth and holistic value creation. In this role, you will build and maintain a healthy pipeline and generate revenue as we engage the most respected brands on the planet.
You are an experienced, analytical, creative and results-driven sales professional that brings experience from global, top-tier agencies, consultancies, media owners, adtech and/or martech providers. You have the confidence to sell completely new types of projects; challenging long-standing assumptions, defending innovative points of view, and developing cutting-edge programs for category-leading organizations.
You are proactive and driven, love the thrill of chasing down opportunities and have a hunter mindset. You see the world as glass half full. What you'll do
The Business Development Manager plays a key role in driving the growth of Quietly. The primary focus of the role is to engage prospects and generate new business through identifying qualified prospects' business, strategy and content needs, matching these with the agency’s product and service offerings.
