Description:

A growing security company in Calgary, Alberta is actively seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client & Operations Manager to lead its business development efforts and manage day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in sales, team leadership, and operational management who is passionate about contributing to the growth of a security services organization.

This is a 100% on-site position, so candidates must be currently residing in Calgary to be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities by promoting the company’s security officer services to potential clients across Calgary.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and customer retention.

  • Staff Management: Oversee the selection, hiring, and placement of security officers based on client needs and operational requirements.

  • Operational Oversight: Manage the daily business operations including HR, administration, and customer service functions.

  • Team Leadership: Motivate and lead the operational team to meet strategic objectives and uphold service standards.

  • Continuous Improvement: Analyze internal processes to identify areas for enhancement, improve efficiency, and maintain service excellence.

Requirements:

  • Education: University degree (any field, preferably in Business, Administration, or Human Resources).

  • Languages: Fluent in English (required); knowledge of Spanish or other languages is a plus.

  • Experience: Demonstrated experience in sales and operations management; experience in the security sector or recruitment will be considered a strong asset.

  • Key Skills: Leadership, negotiation, effective communication, strategic thinking, and strong organizational abilities.

  • Licensing: Valid driver’s license required; owning a personal vehicle and holding a valid security license are assets.
