Description:
- Develop and manage strategies to grow market share within assigned territory
- Drive success in sales initiatives and sharing best practices for all “focus” accounts within a region
- Monitor revenue achievement by customer and undertake appropriate action with key stakeholders to ensure that commitments are being met or exceeded
- Develop and maintain strategic multi-level customer relationships to uncover specific needs and behaviors of key decision makers
- Maintain complete and accurate records in CRM
What you need to succeed at RXO:
At a minimum, you’ll need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
- 1 year of sales experience in the 3PL transportation industry
- Experience with Windows applications and Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
It’d be great if you also have:
- 3 years’ experience
- The ability to travel 50% of the time
- Demonstrates group presentation skills and excellent negotiation skills to deal effectively with individuals and groups within and outside the organization.
