As a Business Development Executive, you will be leading the drive to acquisition sales within the B2B Enterprise and Commercial Mid-Market environment. This is a great opportunity for a seasoned, acquisition sales professional to maximize their earning potential with an uncapped compensation program.

The team is seeking individuals who are hunters (by nature), results oriented, people that thrive in a dynamic fast paced environment, and have past success driving results. 75% of your time will be spent driving customer growth, 25% of your time will be spent managing a base of existing accounts, increasing account penetration and renewals.

 

You will be a key contributing member to a great team of people. We are a small group that produces big results.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for the acquisition of net new B2B clients of Wireless, Wireline and Fiber Internet Services
  • Driving contract renewal and growth within a small base of existing clients
  • Create detailed business plans designed to attain revenue targets and goals
  • Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and other practices
  • The BDE Serves as single point of contact and advocate for net new customers and is responsible for managing the entire sales cycle
  • Works collaboratively with all other internal and external partner resources as required to achieve Sales goals
  • Responsibility for accurate Forecasting and proper sales administration functions

 

Critical Qualifications

  • Demonstrated 3+ years’ experience in B2B acquisition sales role
  • Instinctively comfortable with prospecting new business through research and networking
  • Possess an insatiable desire to sell to the client based on value as opposed to price
  • Highly customer centric • Possess a valid driver’s license • Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM software
  • Skilled in PowerPoint, Excel and Microsoft applications
  • Telecom sales experience would be ideal
  • Skilled in solution based or consultative based selling techniques and solution-oriented
