Whitecap is actively seeking an experienced sales professional to help grow our business. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in IT Service Sales involving Microsoft platforms like SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Azure, Power Platform and the .Net Framework. You should also have a good understanding of the IT software services industry and the specific business challenges and drivers that motivate customers to seek out custom software and platform solutions.

What will be expected of the Sales & Business Development Executive:

  • Seamlessly managing the sales pipeline while engaging internal stakeholders as needed.
  • Following up with and qualifying new leads while looking for opportunities to grow our existing client-base.
  • Use prospecting and networking to uncover and develop net new business opportunities.
  • Collaborating with solution architects and project managers to create detailed client proposals and engaging presentations.
  • Strong relationship-building with prospective and existing clients to make sure we are meeting their needs across their customer journey—from prospect to repeat business.
  • Being a true team player and working collaboratively with marketing and all business units.
  • Faithfully representing Whitecap values of honesty, integrity, creativity, community, fun and putting our customers at the center of everything we do.

What will help you succeed:

  • 5-10 years of experience in B2B IT service sales.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong collaboration, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in complex sales cycles and work through contractual agreements.
  • Experience selling technology solutions as per the technologies listed above.
  • Enthusiasm for closing business opportunities and exceeding customer needs.
  • A problem-solving, positive, can-do attitude.
