Subaru of Hamilton is looking for a high-energy and versatile Business Development Coordinator to join our team! You will be responsible for managing long-term client loyalty to the dealership via the service office. We are looking for someone who is adaptable, consistent and loves working with people in a public setting. First impressions are a driving force in business and therefore, your demeanor, knowledge, and helpfulness are extremely influential when representing Subaru of Hamilton to the public.

 

Your Key Responsibilities
 

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to emails in a timely manner.
  • Handle customer inquiries via telephone, email, and text.
  • Research required information using available resources.
  • Develop and retain sales opportunities.
  • Make outgoing calls (existing customers only) related to various campaigns and achieve specific goals.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints, with support by management.
  • Provide customers with product and service information.
  • Enter new customer information using our internal systems.
  • Update existing customer information using our internal systems.
  • Process orders and cash out clients when needed.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues.
  • Route calls to appropriate departments.
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary.
  • Complete additional administrative duties assigned by management.
