Reporting to the Western Business Development Manager, the Business Development Representative will be a key player in driving the growth and advancement of our cutting-edge product solutions with a primary focus on engaging engineers and professionals within the construction industry.

 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Business Development:
    • Proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities by establishing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, particularly focusing on engineers and decision-makers.
    • Drive the adoption of our product solutions through a deep understanding of the construction community, with an emphasis on technical specifications and engineering requirements.
  • Autonomous Leadership and Team Collaboration:
    • Thrive in an autonomous leadership role while actively contributing to a dynamic team of highly skilled colleagues.
    • Work collaboratively to enhance product awareness, emphasizing its full range of technical solutions.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of the product's technical scope, market solutions, and services.
    • Demonstrate strong engineering skills in writing and developing design specifications to effectively communicate with technical audiences.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Establish and maintain close contact with all stakeholders, ensuring a constant dialogue to influence, convert, and sustain engineering standards aligned with our product offerings.
