Description:
Development Manager for our store located on St Denis Street, in Montreal Quebec.
Key Responsibilities
Under direction of the store Manager and with guidance from Vice President, execute
retail selling strategies, storewide promotions, programs, and events at retail.
- Identifying and contacting potential clients through networking and marketing methods
- Developing new sales areas and markets.
- Planning and directing marketing and advertising campaigns.
- Collaborating with Store Manager and Toronto Based Team to meet targets.
- Creating sales presentations for potential clients
- Seeking, developing, and managing a network of local designers’ partners
- Addressing client complaints or concerns
- Execute retail promotions for Carré Blanc
- Establish ongoing coordination and communication with Toronto Headquarters to
coordinate sales calls and retail promotions.
- Partner with cross functional business areas to influence and gain buy-in for in-store
strategies related to digital and mobile programs.
- Keep all products and in-store presentations and demonstration equipment clean and
neatly organized.
- Develop trusted customer relationships by anticipating customer needs
- Develop accurate reporting mechanisms of all Business Development programs.
Team Building
Work with Toronto based Headquarters and Store Manager to recruit and mentor all sales
staff
- Aid in the training of new team members
- Create strong cohesion and team spirit to encourage and promote curiosity, diversity, and
collaboration
