Based in Burlington, as a Business System Applications Specialist in our business excellence organization, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the adoption of digital technologies and processes to transform our partners and clients' activities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and implement digital solutions that align with our organizations' strategic objectives.

Manage processes related to sustaining and innovating the sales centre and channel partner business applications & business processes

execute company IT applications projects working with local and global resources.

Build relationships cross-functionally in the organization and our channel partners to foster an outside-in, customer critical approach harmonizing IT applications.

Collaborate with change management teams to facilitate the smooth adoption of new systems and processes within client organizations

Understand and document the business IT application landscape

Train key users and maintain knowledge within the organization and our channel partners.

Test and communicate business systems changes to the organization and channel partners.

Use structured analysis methods to understand business challenges and drive technical solutions, whether internally or externally developed.

Assist the organization in detecting and prioritizing business problems and developing specifications for change and improvement.

Support analysis of existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains through digital solutions

Assess and recommend digital tools and technologies that support the desired transformation, considering factors such as scalability, security, and cost-effectiveness.

Handling of business systems incidents and requests.
